Deliveries to Europe take 3 to 5 business days and deliveries to North America, South America, Africa,Asia and Australia take 7 to 14 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification for tracking your shipment.

We ship from Istanbul, Turkey. In some cases, fees and taxes might be requested by the customs authority of the destination country. Unfortunately, we cannot interfere with these local regulations and we advise you to check with your local authorities about possible extra costs in advance.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

 

You can return or exchange your purchased items within 14(fourteen) days following the receipt of shipment.

 

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are protected in transit. Product packaging are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the packaging is damaged.

 

Any return costs including shipment and bank fees are covered by the customer.

 

 

How to process returns

·       Name

·       Phone no

·       Item name

·       Reason for return

·       Item for exchange (in case of exchange request)

 

Following your return request, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. Once we receive the items, we will check the conditions of the items and packages. If the returned items are in good condition;

·       We will process the refund within 14 business days, in case of return request

·       We will ship your new items within 5 business days, in case of exchange request.

In case of exchange, if the requested items are priced higher, the difference must be paid in full, for the shipment to take in place.
